Booking Policy

Booking a guided trip with Halcyon Fly Fishing will require a 25% deposit to ensure your date and time is booked for your trip.  The date and time will remain open until the deposit is received by Halcyon Fly Fishing.  Deposits may be made by check, money order, or Venmo.  The remaining balance will be required the day of the scheduled trip.  Payment in full prior to the scheduled trip is accepted. 

 

Cancelation Policy


You may cancel any time before three (3) full days (72 hours) of the scheduled day of the guided trip and receive a full refund of your deposit.

If you cancel within three (3) full days (72 hours) before the day of the charter, there will be no refund because it will be extremely difficult to fill your canceled slot.

If you cancel on the day of the trip, the balance due for the guided trip will be billed to you at the discretion of the owner Aaron Hardy because the preparations were performed, ancillary fees and expenses were paid.  

 

In the event of inclement weather(we still fish in the rain), equipment failure, mechanical issues, uncontrollable safety reasons, or health issues, Aaron will cancel your trip and either refund all your money or give you full credit for a future fishing trip, as the customer decides.

 

 

Refund Policy

A full deposit refund is given back to you if you cancel your charter in advance of 3 full days (72 hours) before the scheduled day of the guided trip .

If you cancel within the 72-hour window or less than 3 days before the day of the guided trip your deposit will not be refunded because it will be extremely difficult to fill your canceled slot.

If you cancel on the day of the trip, the balance due for the guided trip will be billed to you at the discretion of Aaron because the trip preparations were performed, ancillary fees and expenses were paid.
